Who gets the LOUD ping (sound + phone push) when a tech triggers a vehicle event - inspection submitted, tech alert bell, all jobs complete. Pick the production person running the board at each location; every other screen at that store still badges quietly, so nobody misses the history, they just stop being spammed with sounds.

Leave a location blank and everyone at that store keeps getting the loud ping (today's behavior). A teammate who is deactivated or has no login automatically falls back to everyone too - alerts can never go nowhere. For phone buzz with the screen off, the chosen person should enable push notifications from the messaging panel on their device.

Pick a topic on the left - everything on the right is that topic. Tap a status chip to set a condition's default. 📷 on the topic bar means the whole item needs a photo; on one condition it applies to that pick. ▾ opens a condition's detail (default action, client note, caption, educational note / video). SELECT turns on checkboxes for moving a batch of conditions to another topic - or a brand new one - in one shot: the fastest way to split an oversized topic into clean pieces. Hide keeps history; the trash can is forever (blocked once a completed inspection references the row).

The words and codes your Protractor uses, so the DVI can read it. These were set up when the DVI was built and they are already right - change something here only if Protractor itself changed. A save goes live everywhere within a minute; there is no deploy.

For vehicles still in process from the AV conversion: upload the AV inspection PDF, pick the vehicle on the board and the sheet it should land on, review the mapping, and import. The result is a submitted inspection run on that vehicle - findings and photos flow to the client report exactly as if it had been run in the DVI. Reading the PDF takes a minute; nothing is written until you press Import.
